Yext style guidelines

As Marketing Editor at Yext, I helped develop the Yext brand voice, working with our CMO and Chief Creative Officer to create, evangelize, and evolve our content style guidelines through an IPO in 2017, a global expansion, and a corporate rebranding in 2019.

In addition to creating and evangelizing our internal content style guidelines, I helped our Chief Creative Officer develop external-facing brand style and co-marketing guidelines.

Together we co-wrote the brand guide’s introduction, using a playful and self-aware tone to reflect a recent shift in brand voice, and prioritizing readability over didacticism.
